Where are the places in your life where you avoided being yourself?

Which brain streets do you not go down because you are scared of an old pot hole you may stumble on?

Are there paths you have created just to avoid catching a glimpse of yourself in the mirror?

The problem with avoiding your negative feelings is that you avoid half of your life. Never in the history of time has there been someone who has a life which was all roses, yet we deceive ourselves into believing if we just got this long list of things one, few would be rewarded with happiness. But the truth is that the destination will always feel the same as the journey. You cannot hate your days all the way there and then suddenly land yourself in a life you love. Why? Because you have brought the same brain with you.

So the way to build the life you want the quickest way possible is to begin train your brain along the way.


What creative ways you can you celebrate your victories? What thoughts are going on when you feel unmotivated? What emotions do you love and which ones do you spend a lot of time avoiding?


When we begin to practice new ways of thinking, we create new pathways in our brain and the more we practice them, the more natural it seems.
