Towards the end of the summer, Catherine decided to come down to the seaside and combine a beach break of rest for herself with a confidence photoshoot by the beach. What I loved so much about our day together was witnessing Catherine work through her "Who do I think I am" ness all the way through to "Why the hell not me?" - and let me tell you, it was glorious.
