I would say having my pictures taken was the best confidence boost ever, you realise that you are the only girl in the world!! Like Rihanna I would say that is was nervous at first, from someone with anxiety, but once you warm up and have a few giggles and a chat then you will be amazing and smash it! Don’t be worried, it was the most empowering thing i have ever done!

Watching your mates grow and bloom is such an honour. Witness the love in this family double in size was such an honour to witness and document. I hope when the kids are old enough, they can look back on these images and see some of the path to where their story began, becuase they were born in love.

Nearly everyone I shoot with thinks of themselves as uncomfortable in front of the camera. I spent a lot of time coaching people to connect with me, with themselves looking back at the images in the future and being comfortable with the very uncomfortable fact that someone is pointing a lens at you.
